Shipping included
Boxes ship on the first Tuesday of every month. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days anywhere in South Africa. You'll get a tracking notification as soon as your box ships.

We go direct from roaster to box to you. No warehouses, no sitting on shelves, no beans wondering what happened to their life. Every coffee ships fresh before your box is sealed.
Whole bean, always
All samples are whole bean. Grinding fresh makes a real difference to flavour and we won't compromise on that. Each box includes tasting notes, roaster info, and recommended brew methods.

Yes, anytime. Just email us at info@smplcoffee.co.za before your next billing date and we'll sort it immediately. No questions asked, no cancellation fee, no guilt trip. Once-off boxes and prepaid bundles never renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
Yes. Choose Gift or once-off, then pick one box or a 3, 6 or 12-month bundle. At checkout, switch on Is this a gift? and add their name, their number for the courier and a message for the card. Use their address as the delivery address. It's a single payment and nothing renews.
Yes. Email us at info@smplcoffee.co.za before your billing date and we'll pause your subscription for that month. Your subscription picks back up automatically the following month.
Because pre-ground coffee goes stale significantly faster and we won't send you anything less than its best. Grinding fresh, even with a basic hand grinder, makes a real and noticeable difference. If you don't have a grinder yet, this might be the nudge you needed.
That's exactly what samples are for. Not every coffee will suit every palate. That's part of the discovery. The 54g size is enough to give it a fair shot without committing to a full bag. Finding the one that wins makes the whole box worth it.
Every box includes a card for each roaster: who they are, where to find them, and a QR code that gets you a discount when you order direct. We have direct relationships with all our roaster partners so you'll always get a fair price.
Boxes ship on the first Tuesday of each month. Order by the last Friday of the month and you're in the next run. Order after that and your first box ships the month after. You'll get a tracking notification either way.
